Message	1 mortgage on each property, Ive got 6 months stashed + extra, no credit card dept, no car loans. Only dept I have are the houses. College & retirment are covered. Effectively all bases are covered or I wouldn't have spent SO much $ on the Z. I stil think that I will save most of it.
